About Max Barberena
Max Barberena is the owner and founder of Max Claim Consultants. He has been in the adjusting field for over 27 years. He first started as an insurance agent, where he learned about all the different insurance policies and coverages. Then he converted his license to become an insurance adjuster.
As an independent adjuster, he worked for all the major US insurance companies and many foreign companies as well. He managed both residential and commercial claims and continued to amass a world of knowledge pertaining to the insurance industry.
For the past 24 years he has been working exclusively for you, the policy holder. During this time, he has handled thousands of claims for millions of dollars using the experience and professional contacts that he has procured through 27 years in the adjusting business.
About Orestes Hervis
Orestes Hervis, Consulting Associate, has been in the insurance claim business for over 20 years. He started in the family business, an insurance repair contractor, which was a preferred vendor to several large insurance carriers. As a preferred vendor they would perform repairs on behalf of the insurance carriers.
He transitioned to being an insurance adjuster in 2005, after successfully completing the Florida licensing process and the Field Adjuster training program with a national insurance carrier where he managed both residential and commercial claims for 5 years. He started working as an Independent Adjuster covering the South Florida area for major US insurance companies for 3 years.
In 2014, he joined Max Claim Consultants and began his career as a Public Adjuster. For the past 8 years, as a Public Adjuster, he has been representing homeowners in the claim process. Assisting clients with the claim process and fighting for the benefits due to them has produced numerous satisfactory settlements which have led to substantial payments to clients. This can only come about through many years of professional experience and the referrals of satisfied customers.
